2-day Road Trip

We left first thing Saturday morning for some sightseeing we wanted to do with our small car! In 2 days, we ended up driving over 1,366 kilometers and visited 4 spectaculor places (see below posts for places)!

Oupsss - this is what happens when you put 4 brand new tires on!! A flat tire after only driving 250 kilometers.

Mesa Verde National Park, Colorado

Mesa Verde National Park preserves a spectaculor reminder of an ancient culture... the Ancestral Puebloans.

About 1,400 years ago, a group of people lived in sheltered alcoves of cayon walls. For more than 700 years, they lived and flourished building elaborate stone communites.

There are over 400 cliff dwellings in the area and each one of them can hold up to 100 people.

Four Corners, USA

The only pace in the entire United States where a person can stand in four states at once - the corners of Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico and Utah!
