Camille at the vets!!

The result of today's visit at the vets!!! Camille has had a lump for the last couple years. Lately it seems like it's growing... so the vet decided to have a biopsy done!! Let's cross our fingers that it's non cancerous!!!

Update : The biopsy came back and Camille's lump is benign!

The other night I was bored so I started to curl my hair - here is the result!! Then I begged Bidou to take me out dancing.. but he stated that he was all disco'd out so he slept on the couch!!!

Camille is usually a great passenger - she sleeps quietly on her bed for the entire trip but this morning from Banff to Kamloops... she just couldn't stay still!!!

It's a small world after all -

We've been spending a lot of time at the Starbucks in Banff this week since we have no internet connection at the campground. Can you believe that Bidou ran into an old boss??? Bidou worked for Michel back in 1994 when he was living St-Hubert, Quebec. It is indeed a small world!!!

40th b-day - Part DEUCE

A birthday wouldn't be complete without a dinner and gifts. Bidou was very inspired this year when it came to gifts :

But the last gift came from the heart - a b-day poem from Bidou!!! And if you are wondering what he wrote... I will keep that confidential. :)

The evening ended by strolling the main street in Banff and kissing a mose!!! What a great 40th b-day I had!!!! Thanks Bidou!!!

40th B-day - Part UNO

If anyone was wondering how I celebrated my 40th birthday in Banff - well here it goes :

The morning was spent cuddling with Camille,

then I had a facial and a massage (no pic for massage but trust me... I had one... and it was good!)

spent some time in the Hot Springs pool

and wondered if Bidou will ever look like this when he gets old!!! :)

I would define our 5 day stay in Calgary very un-eventful because of the cold & rainy weather. We also had been on the road for the last 3 weeks and I guess we were tired of visiting and always being on the go... so our stay in Calgary gave us the chance to refuel our energy!!

However, I did get to visit with my cousin Heather and her boyfriend Al. She brought us to a very nice diner for breakfast!!!

And I had plenty of time to snuggle with my Bidou!!!

On our way to Alberta, Camille needed a bathroom break so we decided to stop in a rest area in Montana and this is the sign I saw and eventhough the signs says "stay on sidewalks" Bidou insisted to take Camille on the grassy area!! Poor Camille ~
